You have been using Classic Online Booking for your patient/client online booking needs, but they can only book and cancel your appointments. With the Web Portal & App, users can book and cancel appointments, add themselves to a waitlist, complete forms, and view the portal in multiple languages. The Web Portal supports a clinic-branded app, Square payment processing, multiple practitioners and locations, and service landing pages.
Classic Online Booking is no longer offered, but migrating from Classic Online Booking is a breeze. The Web Portal & App settings page will already have many shared settings.

Web Portal & App Settings
Patients/clients can access the portal through a unique web address. For example, clinicname.noterro.com. You can also create a Clinic Branded App for patients/clients to load on their mobile devices.
Step One: Setup Clinic Branded Portal Address
Your unique Portal address is what you share with your patients.
For example, if your clinic name is Therapy House, you could secure the portal address (subdomain) TherapyHouse.noterro.com.
Step Two: Enable your Portal
Step Three: Enable Portal Features
Step Four: Setup Clinic Branded App
Customize how your Patient Portal appears when installed as an app on iOS and Android devices. You will need to upload your logo so it will appear as an App on patient/client phones.
Step Five: Select your Brand's Primary Colour
Step Six: Add Information about your Clinic
Customize the messaging displayed on your Home and Clinic Info pages, using a Notice Bar and an Information section.
Step Seven: Add Policies
Specify your customized Portal policies, including Online Booking Policy, Payment Processing, and New Patient User Account requirements.
Step Eight: Manage Resources
You can manage Locations, Practitioners, and Services that will be visible in the portal, however, they would have already been set up on the Base Setup page.
Step Nine: Disable Classic Online Booking
Once your portal is setup and you're ready to promote it, you can safely disable Classic Online Booking. While Classic Online Booking is disabled, and your Portal is enabled, any traffic sent to your Classic Online Booking pages will automatically be redirected to your Portal.
Step Ten: Update Links
Your website and social media accounts may have links to your Classic Online Booking page. Although traffic sent to your Classic Online Booking pages automatically redirect to your Portal, it's best to update your Noterro links on your website and social media accounts to point directly to your Portal.
