At a Glance

On April 28, 2026, we will retire our legacy plans and migrate all legacy clinics to our current plans.

  • No disruption to your service. You can continue using Noterro as you do today.
  • No action is required for your clinic to be migrated.
  • Your clinic will be moved to a recommended current plan that includes everything you already have enabled today. You can see your recommended plan on your subscription page.
  • Your price will not change on April 28, 2026. Any pricing change will take effect at your next renewal after that date.
  • No mid-cycle charges or proration.
  • Your billing frequency stays the same at migration. Monthly stays monthly. Annual stays annual.

This change simplifies our pricing structure, allows us to move faster on product development, and ensures all clinics are supported on a single, consistent set of plans going forward.

A note to our long-time clinics

Many clinics on legacy plans have been with Noterro for well over a decade. That loyalty matters to us, and we don’t take it lightly.

This change is not about removing value or forcing sudden decisions. It is about bringing all clinics onto a single pricing structure that reflects today’s product while giving you time, clarity, and support to make decisions that work for your clinic.

Why we’re making this change

Noterro has evolved significantly since our legacy plans were first introduced. Some of those plans date back to 2011, and pricing was intentionally left unchanged for many years.

Maintaining both legacy and current pricing structures creates ongoing complexity. It slows development, increases maintenance overhead, and makes it harder to deliver improvements consistently.

By moving to a single pricing model, we can:

  • Focus development on one set of plans
  • Simplify billing and support
  • Improve Noterro faster for everyone

This change is about:

  • Aligning pricing with today’s product value
  • Simplifying plans and billing
  • Moving faster on development and maintenance

What is changing on April 28, 2026

  • Legacy pricing plans will be fully retired and no longer available.
  • Your clinic will be migrated to a recommended current plan that includes all the features you already have enabled today.
  • Invoices will continue to look familiar, but legacy add-ons will no longer appear as separate line items.
  • Usage will be billed according to current plan structures and rates.

Included usage on current plans
Both Plus and Max plans include one block of each of the following:

  • SMS: $10 per block of 500 ($10 per block of 100 outside Canada/US)
  • Voice Calls: $5 per block of 500 ($5 per block of 100 outside Canada/US)
  • File Uploads: $5 per block of 5GB

What is not changing

  • Your data and access are not affected.
  • You will not lose functionality if you stay on the recommended plan.
  • There are no mid-cycle charges or proration.
  • Practitioner seat counts remain unchanged at migration.
  • Your billing frequency stays the same at migration.

Your clinic will continue to function as it does today.

About pricing changes

For some clinics, the price at renewal will be similar to what they pay today.
For others, the change may be more noticeable.

We want to be transparent: any pricing change will take effect at your next renewal after April 28, 2026, not on the migration date itself. This gives you time to review your options and make adjustments if needed.

Your recommended plan and future pricing are always visible on your subscription page.

What happens if I do nothing

If no changes are made:

  • Your clinic will be automatically migrated on April 28, 2026.
  • Your current pricing continues until your next renewal.
  • Your new pricing begins at renewal based on the recommended plan.

No action is required for the migration itself.

Billing frequency and annual discounts

At migration:

  • Monthly stays monthly
  • Annual stays annual

After migration, you may:

  • Switch billing frequency
  • Move to annual billing to receive the annual discount, which was not available on legacy plans

What you can do before your next renewal

After migration and before your next renewal, you can:

  • Change plans if another tier fits your needs
  • Reduce practitioner seats
  • Switch to annual billing to receive the annual discount
