On April 28, 2026, we will retire our legacy plans and migrate all legacy clinics to our current plans.
This change simplifies our pricing structure, allows us to move faster on product development, and ensures all clinics are supported on a single, consistent set of plans going forward.
Many clinics on legacy plans have been with Noterro for well over a decade. That loyalty matters to us, and we don’t take it lightly.
This change is not about removing value or forcing sudden decisions. It is about bringing all clinics onto a single pricing structure that reflects today’s product while giving you time, clarity, and support to make decisions that work for your clinic.
Noterro has evolved significantly since our legacy plans were first introduced. Some of those plans date back to 2011, and pricing was intentionally left unchanged for many years.
Maintaining both legacy and current pricing structures creates ongoing complexity. It slows development, increases maintenance overhead, and makes it harder to deliver improvements consistently.
