Treatment Follow-Up Emails

Send a follow-up email to your patients/clients after their treatment. The template for this can be managed by following these steps. You can specify how many days after the treatment date you would like the follow-up email to be sent. You can also modify this email. To send out a follow-up email, follow the steps below.

Trigger it from a Draft or Finalized

  1. Open a Draft or Finalized Clinical Note
  2. Click on the Three Dots button (top right)
  3. Click on Follow-up
  4. Select Email Now or Email Later and select the number of Days
  5. Select Save or Send

Updating the Treatment Follow-up Template

  1. Log in as the Admin
  2. Click on the Gear or settings icon in the top right header
  3. Click on Template
  4. Scroll down to the Notification section
  5. Click on Follow-up Email
  6. Update the content
  7. Click Save
