Submit Availity Insurance Claims with Noterro Integration

If you have connected your Noterro account to your Availity Essentials Pro account, you can submit claims directly through Noterro.

To make sure claims will process successfully you should make sure all the required values for submitting a claim have been stored in Noterro. You should reference Generate a HCFA 1500/CMS-1500 Claim Form support article before trying to download the EDI file.

Submitting a Claim

You will need to add a claim to an invoice before you can download the EDI file. You should reference Add a Claim to an Invoice support article.

1. Click on the Invoice.
2. Scroll to the Insurance section.
3. Click Submit with Availity button.
4. To see the outcome of the claim, which can take time to process, login to your Availity Essentials Pro account.
