Health Summaries are more flexible with Noterro Snapshots
The current Health Summary of a patient is fairly limited, and requires you to add a new Clinical Note to make any updates to it. That's changing next week. We'll be releasing Noterro Snapshots, which will allow you not only to manage the Conditions, Medications, Injuries, Surgeries and Other Items directly from the patient's profile, but you'll also be able to see the historic changes to those Snapshot Items over time. You will also be able review intake forms and determine what items you want to track in the Snapshot section. Win win!
Wait, what about my existing Health Summary?
Not to worry, we'll be migrating your existing patient's Health Summary into their Snapshot. No action needed on your part.
