Configuring Portal Access and Form Fields

When setting up your online portal, the first configuration to choose is access type.

Public Access
Enable public access if you want anyone visiting your portal to create an account and book appointments.

Require Invitation
If you prefer to control who can access the portal, choose Require Invitation. Clients can create an account only after you send them an invitation link.
