Clinical Notes are Not Visible in Portal

You thought you were sharing notes in the Web Portal, but your Patient informed you that they are not visible. To share notes successfully in the Portal, you must have completed all these steps.

Enabling Clinical Notes in Portal

Log in to Admin.
Click on the Gear icon.
Go to Web Portal & App.
Enable the Web Portal & App.
Enable the Clinical Notes feature.
Go into Patient Clinical Note.
On the left sidebar, where it shows Web Portal, press Share.

Important Note: Only Admins can share notes in the Portal. You can only share finalized notes.
