Refunding a Partially Used or Cancelled Package or Membership

There may be instances where you want to refund a partially used or cancelled membership.

Refund Partially Used or Cancelled Package or Membership

  1. Click on the Invoice for the Package or Membership.
  2. Click on the Three Dots in the top right corner.
  3. Click on Refund.
  4. Select the Refund Method and enter the Refund Amount.
  5. Click Refund.
  6. Click on the Invoice for the Package or Membership again.
  7. Click Edit.
  8. Adjust the Price to balance the invoice.

Important note: If you do not adjust the price, the invoice will be partially paid. For example, if the package price is $1,000 and the refund price is $300, the package price will need to be adjusted to $700.00 to balance the invoice and mark it as paid.
