Adding a Package or Membership to a Patient/Client Profile

You must create a Package or Membership template before adding or selling a Package or Membership to a Patient.

Add a Package or Membership directly from the Patient Profile

  1. Click on the Patient's Name.
  2. Click on Packages & Memberships in the sidebar.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Select Package or Membership.
  5. Click Purchase.

Add a Package to an Invoice

  1. Create an Invoice.
  2. In the Add Product or Service box, type in the Package Name.
  3. Complete Payment so the Package can be redeemed.

Important Note: If you select Packages, it must be paid before it can be redeemed. If you select Membership, it can be manually or automatically processed. It will also need to be paid before it can be used.
