Redeem a Package or Membership

Packages and Memberships can't be redeemed online. Redeeming an active Package or Membership is done at the time the service is provided and can be added to the invoice.

How to Redeem a Package or Membership from a Patient's Appointment

  1. Click on Patient's Appointment.
  2. Create an Invoice.
  3. If the service matches the Package or Membership, the Redeem button will be available.
  4. Click Redeem in the header.
  5. Click Redeem in the popup window.

How to Redeem a Package Or Membership from a Blank Invoice

  1. Create an Invoice from Add New in the header.
  2. Enter Patient's Name and click Add Invoice.
  3. Add a Service that is from a Package or Membership.
  4. Click Redeem in the header.
  5. Click Redeem in the popup window.
