Using Noterro GO Features on Mobile

Noterro GO is designed for Mobile Practitioners who need quick access to schedules, route mapping, and appointment details while on the move. Once enabled, GO Mode will display key appointment information in an easy-to-read format, allowing you to quickly access Patient details, navigation, and messaging options.

Accessing Noterro GO on Mobile

  1. Open Noterro on your Mobile Device.
  2. Log in as Admin or Practitioner.
  3. Click on the Calendar Icon.
  4. Click on the Appointment.
  5. Click the Blue Car Icon Button to switch to a GO Mode.

Accessing Navigation Assistance

  1. Click on the Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Select the Blue Car Icon Button from the Appointment.
  3. Tap on the Map Icon to view the route to the Patient's location.
  4. Follow up the display direction as you travel.

Viewing the Mobile Appointment Prep List

  1. Click on the Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Click the Blue Car Icon Button from the Appointment.
  3. Click Prep List to view key appointment details at a glance.

Scribe Note-Taking

  1. Click on the Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Open the Blue Car Icon Button from the Appointment.
  3. Click Scribe Note to begin taking voice-generated clinical notes after appointments.

Listening to Audio Form Summaries

  1. Click on the Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Select the Blue Car Icon Button from the Appointment.
  3. Click Forms to listen to an audio summary of the Patient's completed form.

Messaging and Calling Options

  1. Click on the Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Click the Blue Car Icon Button from the Appointment.
  3. Click on Message or Call Icon.
  4. Choose a pre-set message (e.g. 'I'm on my way') or initiate a phone call.
