Creating an invoice

There are multiple ways to create an invoice.

Method 1: Add Invoice from the Navigation Bar

  1. Click on "Add New" in the navigation bar
  2. Type in the Patient’s name, and then click on Add Invoice
  3. Add a Product or Service
  4. You can add Practitioner, Date of Treatment, and Tax
  5. Click on Save

Method 2: Add Invoice from the Patient Profile Page

  1. Click on the Patient’s name from the Patient Profile Page or search in the navigation bar
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Click on Add Invoice
  4. Add a Product or Service
  5. You can add Practitioner, Date of Treatment, and Tax
  6. Click Finish

Method 3: Add Invoice from an Appointment

  1. Click on an existing appointment from the calendar
  2. Click on Create Invoice
  3. The button will be replaced with an Unpaid icon

Note: The pricing details are pulled from the price of the service, at the time at which the patient booked. If you changed your prices and need future appointments to reflect this new price, let us know.
