Steps to Create an Invoice in Multiple Ways

To process and document transactions, you need to create an invoice beforehand. There are a few ways to create an invoice in Noterro.

Method One: Add Invoice from the Navigation Bar

  1. Click on "Add New" in the navigation bar.
  2. Click on Invoice.
  3. Type in the Patient’s name and click Add Invoice.
  4. Add a Product or Service.
  5. You can add Practitioner, Date of Treatment, Discount and Tax.
  6. Click on Finish.

Method Two: Add Invoice from the Patient Profile Page

  1. In the Patients header or Search in the navigation bar, find your Patient.
  2. Click on the Billing tab.
  3. Click on Add Invoice.
  4. Add a Product or Service.
  5. You can add Practitioner, Date of Treatment, Discount and Tax.
  6. Click Finish.

Method Three: Add Invoice from an Appointment

  1. Click on an existing Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Click on Add Invoice.
  3. The button will be replaced with an Unpaid icon.

Important Note: The invoice template cannot be changed or edited. Pricing details are reflected based on the service price displayed when the Patient booked the appointment. If prices change after the appointment is booked, you should indicate whether to keep the current price or switch to the new pricing when creating the invoice.
