How Practitioners Can Preview Patients' Completed Forms

Practitioners may want to preview their Patients' completed forms to ensure the information's accuracy, completeness and relevance.

1. Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
2. Click Patients in the main navigation.
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Click on the Forms tab.
5. Click on Three Dots of the Completed Form.
6. Click on Preview.
7. Scroll through and Preview the Forms.
