Print or Download Completed Forms

Practitioners can print or download completed Patient forms for recordkeeping and documentation or to ensure easy access to critical information during consultations or treatments.

1. Log in.
2. Click Patients in the main navigation.
3. Click on the Patient's name.
4. Click the Forms in the sidebar.
5. Click on the Three Dots of the Form you want to print or download.
6. Click Print.
7. When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer).
