Setting Your Own Billing Address as a Mobile Practitioner

Mobile Practitioners with Administrator access using Noterro GO can set up the billing address that appears on Patient invoices.

Using a Location as Your Billing Address

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear Icon ( Settings).
  3. Select Base Setup.
  4. Go to Locations.
  5. Select the Location.
  6. Enable Use This Location for Billing if you want to send invoices with this Location's address.

Using the Account Owner Details as Your Billing Address

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear Icon ( Settings).
  3. Select Base Setup.
  4. Enter the Account Owner's Details, including the billing address.
  5. Go to Locations.
  6. Select the Location Enabled for Billing.
  7. Disable Use This Location for Billing if you want to send invoices using the address from the Account Owner Details section.

Important Note: Once saved, all invoices and receipts will automatically pull the billing address from the Account Owner Details section or the chosen Location, depending on which one you enable.
