Managing Calendar Display Preferences

As an administrator of Noterro, you can customize the calendar view to allow optimal scheduling and organization. By configuring which days of the week are displayed and adjusting the time slot duration, you can tailor the calendar to fit your clinic's unique rhythm. This helps facilitate a more streamlined appointment management process.

Configuring Calendar Display Preferences

To adjust your calendar settings, follow these steps:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
3. Select Calendar.
4. Scroll to Calendar Display Preferences.
5. Under Days of Week Displayed, click on the days of the week you want to be shown on your Calendar.
6. Under Time Slot Duration, choose the duration of time slots displayed on the calendar. This affects the granularity of the calendar view.

Important note: You can display days of the week; however, you cannot rearrange the order in which they are shown (i.e., Sunday or Monday).
