Adding Classes or Group Bookings

Practitioners may want to diversify their services by offering classes or group bookings. You must add a class or a group booking under Services before adding it to your calendar.

Steps to Add a Class or Group Booking

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Click on Base Setup.
4. Click on Service.
5. Click Add New.
6. Select the Category or Add a New Category.
7. Input the Name of the Class.
8. Select This is a Group Booking
9. Add the Maximum Number of Participants.
10. Complete the rest of the form.
11. Click Save.
