What you can do

Once connected, you can:

• Save cards to patient profiles
  Securely map a patient’s credit card (stored in Shift4) to their profile in Noterro.
• Charge directly from invoices
  Process payments in one click—no need for external terminals or manual entry.
• Collect payments online
  Enable payments through your web portal for a seamless booking experience.
• Request deposits or full payment
  Require a deposit or full prepayment before confirming an appointment.

How it works

• Credit card details are securely stored in Shift4, not in Noterro
• Saved cards are linked to patient profiles for easy reuse
• Payments can be processed directly from invoices or during online booking
• Portal payments can automatically attach cards to patient profiles

• You can enable or disable portal payments based on your clinic’s needs
