How Do I Cancel an Appointment

As a Patient, you may have the option to cancel the appointments you booked online, provided that the clinic allows online cancellations.

Patients Cancelling Appointments

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on Appointments in the Sidebar, or Menu in the Footer and then Appointments.
3. Under Upcoming Appointments, click on the Appointment.
4. Click Cancel.
