Practitioners may upload files to Patient profiles to access to important medical information. To enable Uploading Files, you must have the Plus or Max subscription. Follow the steps below to upload files.
Important Note: The upload size limit is 50 MB per file. There isn't a limit to the type or number of files that can be uploaded. You can upload any file type. The upload will begin immediately. Do not navigate away from the page while the upload is in progress. If you downgrade your subscription after uploading files, you can still access the previously uploaded files.
