Practitioners may upload files to Patient profiles for access to important medical information. Files are available in the Plus and Max subscriptions. Follow the steps below to upload files.
Important Note: The upload size limit is 50 MB per file. There isn't a limit to the type or number of files that can be uploaded. You can upload any file type. The upload will begin immediately. Do not navigate away from the page while the upload is in progress. If you downgrade your subscription after uploading files, you can still access the previously uploaded files.
