  • The mobile phone number on file is invalid.
    Solution: Correct the mobile phone number on file.

  • For appointment reminders, the SMS reminder wasn't enabled on the appointment.
    Solution: Ensure you enable SMS Appointment Reminders on future appointments. This would be confirmed by the absence of the SMS notification being in the patient's Notification Log.
  • The receiver sometimes receives messages.
    Solution: It's possible that there was an issue at the carrier network or patient's device handset at the time of delivery.
