How to Export Patient Data for Backup or Safe Transfer

A practitioner may want to export patient data to maintain backups or transfer data to another system or platform. Here's how you can export some of your clinic information and data from Noterro.

Patient Profile Information

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Click on the Patient icon (left header).
  3. Click the Three Dots next to the Add Client button.
  4. Click Export Patient.
  5. This will download all of your Patient information into a CSV file, which can be opened by products like Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

Clinical Notes

  1. Click on the Patient name.
  2. Click the Clinical Note in the sidebar.
  3. Click on the Printer icon to the right of Add Note button.
  4. Select the appropriate Filters.
  5. Click Print.
  6. When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer).

Forms

  1. Click on the Patient's name.
  2. Click the Forms in the sidebar.
  3. Click on the Three Dots of the Form (Current) you want to print or download.
  4. Click Print.
  5. When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer).

Appointments

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Click on the Graph icon (Reports) in the left navigation.
  3. Click Events under the Patient section.
  4. Click on Appointments left side bar.
  5. Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file).

Important Note: If you have many clinical notes or forms to export, please request a batch export by emailing support@noterro.com from the clinic's admin email.
