Error Message when Trying to Add a Credit Card to a Patient/Client Profile

When you try to add a credit card to a patient/client profile, you may get the following error message:

"An error has occurred, please, try again later ER114 C:17 M: Duplicate match on payment information".

You will need to adjust a setting in your Bambora account.

  1. Log in to your Bambora account
  2. Click on Configuration in the sidebar
  3. Click on Payment Profile Configuration
  4. Uncheck "Do not allow the profile to be created with card data duplicated from existing profile"
