Error Message when Trying to Add a Credit Card to a Patient Profile

When attempting to add a credit card to a patient profile, you may encounter the following error message:

"An error has occurred, please try again later ER114 C:17 M: Duplicate match on payment information".

You will need to adjust the settings in your Bambora account.

  1. Log in to your Bambora account.
  2. Click on Configuration in the sidebar.
  3. Click on Payment Profile Configuration.
  4. Uncheck: "Do not allow the profile to be created with card data duplicated from an existing profile."
