Confirming Appointments

To reduce the number of no-shows or the amount of time you spend following up with Patients to confirm if they will be attending their appointments, a request will be sent to confirm the appointment.

If you have selected the option to "Remind patient 1 day before their appointment", they will receive an email with a button to click to "Confirm Appointment" in addition to their appointment reminder.

If the customer confirms their appointment, it will appear as confirmed on both the Calendar and the Dashboard under Today's Appointments. Here are the Steps.

  1. Click on the Gear Icon.
  2. Click On Template.
  3. Click on Patient notification.
  4. Scroll down to Reminders and Click on Email.
  5. Click on Ask Patients to Confirm their Appointments.
