Deleting an Invoice that has a Payment

  1. Click on the Invoice (example, INV-3).
  2. Click Transaction (for example, TRN-10003) at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Unlink or Delete.
  4. Type in "I Understand."
  5. Click the Invoice (for example, INV-3) again.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Type in "I Understand."

Important Note: This process will delete the invoice and remove any applied payment.
