Signature Does Not Appear on Invoice

If your signature does not appear on the invoice, it is because no Practitioner has been selected, or you still need to add it to your profile.

Add Practitioner to the Invoice Item

  1. Click on the Invoice.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click on + Practitioner.

Add Signature to Practitioner's Profile

You can save your signature to Noterro to appear on receipts and clinical notes. We strongly recommend setting up your signature on a touch device like a smartphone or tablet, as it is much easier to sign with your finger than with a computer mouse. On a mobile device, you can follow these steps.

  1. Click your Profile Picture or Initials (top right).
  2. Click on Profile.
  3. Click Add Signature or Edit to update the signature.
  4. Sign your signature.
  5. Click Save.
