Signature Does Not Appear on Invoice

If your signature does not appear on the invoice, you didn't select a Practitioner, or a signature still needs to be added to your profile settings.

Option One: Add Practitioner to the Invoice Item

The Practitioner has a signature but does not appear on the invoice.

  1. Click on the Invoice.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click on Practitioner.
  4. Click Finish.

Option Two: Add Signature to Practitioner's Profile

You can save your signature to Noterro to appear on Invoices and clinical notes.

  1. Log into the Practitioner Role.
  2. Click your Profile Picture or Initials (top right).
  3. Click on Profile.
  4. Click Add Signature or Edit to update the signature.
  5. Sign your signature.
  6. Click Save.

Important Note: We strongly recommend setting up your signature on a touch device like a smartphone or tablet, as it is much easier to sign with your finger than with a computer mouse.
