Editing a Transaction

This feature will allow you to make a change to a transaction, such as editing the date or payment method.

Method One:

  1. Click on the Patient's name
  2. Click on the Billing Tab
  3. Click on the Transaction button
  4. Click on the Transaction Number (e.g. TRN-3)
  5. Click on the Edit

Method Two:

  1. Click on the Patient's name
  2. Click on the Billing Tab
  3. Click on the Transaction button
  4. Click on the Three Dots on the same line as the transaction that requires editing
  5. Click on the Edit

Method Three:

  1. Click on the Invoice (example, INV-3)
  2. Scroll down and click on the Transaction (example, TRN-123456)
  3. Click on Edit

Unlinking Transactions
