Insurance Optional Fields

Insurance Optional Fields are used for creating Insurance Policies and Claims. You can enable the Telus eClaims fields if you are in Canada, or the CMS-1500 (HICF: Health Insurance Claim Form).

  1. Log in as the Admin
  2. Click on Insurance
  3. Click on Form Fields
  4. Click on the Switches of the fields you want to enable
  5. Click on Quick Select to enable the Telus eClaims or the CMS-1500 fields
