Your profile and security settings control how you access Noterro, how your information appears, and how your account is protected. Keeping these settings up to date ensures your workflow stays efficient while maintaining strong security.

What you can do

Update your profile
Edit your name, contact details, and profile photo to keep your information accurate.

Set your default login
You can choose where you land when you log in. Your default login bypasses the login screen and automatically takes you to the selected area.

Manage your practitioner signature
Add or update your signature for use on clinical and administrative documents. Your practitioner signature will appear on notes and invoices.

Strengthen account security with two-factor authentication
Enable or manage two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of protection. This requires a second verification step during login.

Update your password
Reset your password at any time to keep your account secure.

Control auto logout settings
Set how long your account can remain inactive before requiring you to log back in. Auto logout helps protect your account when there is no activity.
