Why this matters

Your default clinical note helps you stay consistent in how you document treatments while saving time during your day. It allows you to select from a list of templates created by your clinic admin and choose the one you use most often.

This is especially useful if you follow a specific structure for different types of appointments, such as initial assessments, ongoing treatments, or discharge notes.

When set, your default clinical note will automatically load when you create a note from an appointment, reducing the need to manually select a template each time. You can still switch templates if needed, but setting a default ensures your most commonly used note is always ready, helping you document quickly and consistently.
