The minimum monthly fee for Shift4(formerly Worldline/Bambora) merchant accounts will now be $25 per month.
If the total processing volume fees (monthly and/or per-transaction fees) are below $25, Shift4 will apply the minimum $25 fee on the sub-merchant's monthly invoice beginning March 1, 2023. If the sub-merchants total processing volume fees (monthly and/or per-transaction fees) are over $25 per month, the minimum monthly fee will be waived, and standard pricing will apply to their monthly processing volume. If a sub-merchant is no longer using their merchant account and would like to close it, they can send a closure request to the Shift4 Customer Care team. Once the request is received, it will be assigned to the Activations team, who will complete the closure within 2-4 business days.
