Increasing the Number of Credit Cards Stored with Shift4

There may be instances where Patients want to store more than one credit card on file. Up to five credit cards can be stored. Allowing multiple credit cards to be stored on a single Patient Profile will need to be configured within your Shift4 (formerly Worldline/Bambora) account.

Storing Multiple Credit Cards

1. Log in to your Shift4 Account. https://web.na.bambora.com/admin/sDefault.asp
2. Click Configuration.
3. Click Payment Profile Configuration.
4. Under the Credit Card Settings heading click on the Maximum number of credit cards shown and select the number of credit cards to be associated with the Patient's account.
5. Click Update at the bottom of the page.
