Alternative Billing Name on Invoices

At times, you may want to display an alternative service name that differs from the original service name on your invoice. For example, you may have the service displayed as Acupuncture on the appointment and invoice, but it needs to be changed to Physiotherapy for billing purposes.

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
3. Click on Base Setup.
4. Scroll to the Service section.
5. Click on the Service Name.
6. Add Alternate Billing Name.
7. Click Save.
