Add Multiple Services to One Invoice

You may need to add multiple services or products to an invoice. For example, if a parent and child are having treatment on the same day, they want both services on one invoice.

Multiple Services on an Invoice

1. Create an Invoice from the Calendar.
2. Click on the Invoice.
3. Click on Edit in the bottom left corner.
4. Add your Product or Service.
5. Add your Practitioner to the line item (this is important for invoices and reports).
6. Click Finish.

Important Note: If you add Multiple Practitioners to the line item, their names will appear on the invoice. This step is important for reports and their names to appear on the invoice.
