Sending Patient a Copy of a Signed Agreement

Practitioners may want to send a Patient a copy of a signed agreement to ensure transparency and mutual understanding of the terms and conditions agreed upon. Here's how you can send someone a copy of their signed agreement.

1. Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
2. Click on Patients in the main navigation.
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Click on Agreements.
5. Click on the Three Dots to the right of the Agreement.
6. Click on Download.
7. Email the downloaded agreement to the Patient.

Important Note: Always ensure that the contact details for the Patient are current and correct before sending the email. Double-check the downloaded agreement to make sure it is the correct document intended for that Patient.
