You may want to delete a Clinical Note. Only Draft Notes can be deleted. Once a note is finalized, it will be locked and unable to be deleted. If you need to make changes to a finalized note, you must add an addendum, which is available at the bottom.
Important Note: If you have finalized a note of a Patient you would like to have deleted, you must submit a request to support containing the Clinical Note ID of the notes you would like un-finalized.
