Managing the Drop Down Menu in the Patient View

The drop-down menu in the Patient View section differs from the Practitioner and Admin accounts. The Admin account has more options on what they can do with the clinic's Patient list.

Patient View: Admin

  1. Log in as the Admin Role.
  2. Click Patients (top left header).
  3. Click the 3 Dot Menu (top right).

Important Note: The Admin menu has Actions to Export Patients, Import Patients, Import History, Show All Patients, and Bulk Invite Patients.

Patient View: Practitioner

  1. Log in to the Practitioner Role.
  2. Click Patients (top left header).
  3. Click the 3 Dot Menu (top right).

Important Note: In the Practitioner menu, you can choose to Show All Patients or Enabled Patients Only.
