Understanding the Summarize Feature

A Summarize button will appear once your Patient has completed an Intake Form. The Summarize feature condenses the information in the Intake Form and highlights essential aspects of the Patient's health history for you to view before their Initial Appointment.

Locating the Summarize Feature in the Appointment

You can summarize any Form from the Patient's appointment.

  1. Go to Calendar.
  2. Select the Appointment.
  3. Once a Form is completed, the Summarize Button will appear beside the completed form.
  4. Once summarized, a View Summary button will appear.

Important Note: Summarizing an intake form will take five credits. Practitioners can copy and add the summary to their clinical notes or delete it.
