Understanding the Summarize Feature

A Summarize button will appear once your Patient has completed an Intake Form. The Summarize feature condenses the information in the Intake Form and highlights essential aspects of the Patient's health history for you to review before their Initial Appointment. It's important to understand that the summarize feature is AI-based and not always perfect, so you can summarize the forms as many times as you would like. Summarizing an intake form will take five credits. Practitioners can copy and add the summary to their clinical notes or delete it. If a Practitioner copies the summary and pastes it into their notes, they can edit it.
