In Noterro, you can set up automated follow-up notifications to send emails, texts, or voice messages. This feature is available in the Plus and Max plans.

Setting Up Follow-up Notifications

Follow these steps to configure appointment follow-up notifications for your patients:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Navigate to the Base Setup.
3. Select Services.
4. Within each service, add your custom Notification variable in the Follow-up Appointment Instruction section.
5. Go to Templates.
6. Select Patient Notification.
7. Choose Follow-up.
8. Click on Email, Text, or Voice Message to view the template provided.
   • Make any necessary changes to the wording.
   • Select the timing for when you want the notification to be sent out.
