Practitioner seats determine how many practitioners can actively use Noterro in your clinic. Each practitioner must be assigned to a paid seat before they can access the system.
Before adding a new practitioner, you must first have an available practitioner seat. Seats are paid for in advance as part of your subscription.
If all seats are currently assigned, you will need to add an additional seat before inviting another practitioner.
When you add a practitioner, Noterro will send them an invitation email with a link to set up their account.
Important:
The invitation link is valid for two hours. If the practitioner does not click the link within that time, they can still access their account by going to the login page and selecting “Forgot password.” This will allow them to create a password and connect to your clinic.
If a practitioner leaves your clinic, you have two options:
Disable the practitioner
This removes their access to the clinic but keeps their historical records intact.
Delete the practitioner
This permanently removes them from the system.
However, if the practitioner is associated with invoices, you will not be able to delete them.
For this reason, it is generally recommended to disable practitioners rather than delete them. This ensures you maintain an accurate record of who was associated with your clinic.
As soon as a practitioner is disabled or deleted, they lose access to your clinic and can no longer log in to your Noterro account.
Their historical data, such as notes and invoices, will remain in the system to preserve your clinic records.
