You have full control over your Noterro account. Depending on your situation, you can either cancel your subscription or permanently delete your account.

Cancel Your Account

Cancelling your account stops future billing while keeping your clinic data intact.

• Your subscription will remain active until your next renewal date
• You will not be charged again after that date
• You will continue to have full access until the end of your billing period
• Your clinic setup, patient records, and data remain unchanged

This option is best if you need to step away temporarily.

For example, if you are going on maternity leave, you can cancel your account now and return later. When you come back, your clinic will be exactly as you left it, ready to continue.

Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your data from Noterro.

• All clinic data, including patient records and history, will be deleted
• This action cannot be undone
• Access to your account will be removed immediately

This option is best if you no longer plan to use Noterro and want your data removed.
