TELUS "Authentication Failed" Error Message

When trying to process a claim with TELUS in Noterro, the error message Authentication Failed may be displayed. You will need to update your password in TELUS first, and then update your password in Noterro. Even if you're entering the correct TELUS username/password in Noterro, updating your TELUS password to a new password may be required.

Admin

  1. Update Password in TELUS
  2. Log in to Noterro
  3. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header
  4. Under the Insurance section, click on TELUS eClaims
  5. In the Connection section, click on View
  6. In the User section, click on the arrow for Admin
  7. Enter new Password and click Save

Practitioner

  1. Click on either your Photo or Initials in the top right header
  2. Click on Profile
  3. Click on Edit for you connection
  4. Enter new Password and click Save
