Processing Claims through TELUS Health

When you create a claim in Noterro connected to Telus eClaims, you can Submit a claim or check eligibility.

Creating a Claim

  1. Add an Invoice.
  2. Make sure you add a TELUS-connected Practitioner to the invoice.
  3. Add a Billing Code (the TELUS Billing Codes are preloaded based on the Practitioner's discipline).
  4. You have three options for adding a claim: You can Copy from a previous claim, add it to an Active Policy, or add a New Policy, then add your claim.
  5. Click Preview TELUS eClaim.
  6. Fix any errors.
  7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by TELUS at the bottom of the form.
  8. Click Check Eligibility or Submit Claim.
