Download a Previous Submitted TELUS Health Eligibility Check

You may need to compare an eligibility check with an updated one on a submitted claim.

1. Click on an Invoice where an Eligibility Check has been submitted.
2. Click on the Triangle to the left of the word Primary (in the claim section on an Invoice), or click on a Claim.
3. Click on the Date under "Eligibility Check."
4. A file will download on your computer.
