Managing the Clinic's Business Number

The purpose of a Clinic's Business Number is to provide identification and verification of the business entity issuing the invoice. It is a unique number assigned to a business by the government or tax authorities, such as the Australian Business Number (ABN) in Australia. Including the business number on an invoice helps to establish the legitimacy of the business and ensures compliance with tax regulations. It also allows the recipient of the invoice to easily identify and reference the business for any necessary documentation or inquiries. By including the business number on an invoice, both the business and the recipient can maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth financial transactions. The Clinic Business Number field is not required in all regions.

Adding a Clinic's Business Number

1. Log in to your clinic account as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon located in the top right corner of the header.
3. Select Billing.
4. In the General section enter the clinic's Business Number and click Save.
