Managing Noterro Credits for AI Consumption

Noterro has several AI features which consume credits. You can purchase in two ways. You can add credits manually when you need them. This is not always desirable because you may run out of credits when performing a function within Noterro. For example, you may be using Noterro Scribe and may not have enough credits to complete the task. A simpler way to add credits is to select Auto-load. You will never run out of credit using this method. When your balance is at a set limit, it will automatically add more credits. You can set the limit and how many credits to load.

We will add 300 credits when you are on a trial account to try the features that consume credits.

Manually Adding Credits

This method requires you to manage your credit limit manually. You can top your limit at any time.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Noterro Subscription.
  4. Scroll to the Credit section.
  5. Click Add Credits.
  6. Add the Amount.
  7. Click Purchase.

Manage Auto-load

Your credit balance will recharge immediately after your balance is below your set threshold.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Noterro Subscription.
  4. Scroll to the Credit section.
  5. Click on Manage for Auto-load.
  6. Set your Balance minimum.
  7. Set the Amount of credits to add to your Balance.
  8. Click Save.

View Credits Consumed

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Noterro Subscription.
  4. Scroll to the Credit section.
  5. Click on View Usage.

Important Note: Credits consumed in Noterro will be displayed in a list view. The details of the consumption will be shown.
