Patient Clinical Note Listing Page

The clinical note listing page has many features and provides visibility to information relating to the note.

Information and Functions on the Clinical Note Listing Page

There is a lot of information displayed on this page. Let us help you decipher what it all means.

  1. Click on the Patient's/Client's name.
  2. Click on Clinical Notes in the left sidebar.
  3. The Clinical Note's listing page is now displayed.

Editing a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Name of the Service in the service column. If no service name has been saved to the note it will be displayed as Clinical Note.
  2. You can also click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  3. Click Edit.

Finalize a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Finalize.

Important Note: Once a note has been finalized you only have seven days to revert the note back to a draft to make any changes. Don't worry if you need to add content after seven days. You can add an addendum to the clinical note that will be dated and timestamped at the time when it was added.

View Previous Clinical Notes

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on View Previous Notes.
  3. You have the option to scroll through clinical notes or Export the clinical note as a PDF.

Send Follow-up Email

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Send Follow-up.
  3. The Follow-up template will be displayed.
  4. You can make modifications to the template.
  5. You have a choice to send the follow-up email now or at a later date.
  6. Click either Email Now or Schedule Follow-up.

Add Invoice

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Add Invoice.

Important Note: When you add an invoice from the listing page it will not be displayed in the chart on this page. Only invoices that have been added from an appointment will be displayed as a checkmark on the clinical not listing page.

Link Appointment to a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Link Appointment.
  3. Choose the Appointment you want to link.

Delete Clinical Note (Draft Only)

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Delete.

Printing a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Print Icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select the Date Range, Practitioner, and whether to include Diagrams and Snaphots.

Important Note: You can also print individual finalized notes. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.

Information and Functions on the Clinical Note Listing Page

There is a lot of information displayed on this page. Let us help you decipher what it all means.

  1. Click on the Patient's/Client's name.
  2. Click on Clinical Notes in the left sidebar.
  3. The Clinical Note's listing page is now displayed.

Editing a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Name of the Service in the service column. If no service name has been saved to the note it will be displayed as Clinical Note.
  2. You can also click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  3. Click Edit.

Finalize a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Finalize.

Important Note: Once a note has been finalized you only have seven days to revert the note back to a draft to make any changes. Don't worry if you need to add content after seven days. You can add an addendum to the clinical note that will be dated and timestamped at the time when it was added.

View Previous Clinical Notes

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on View Previous Notes.
  3. You have the option to scroll through clinical notes or Export the clinical note as a PDF.

Send Follow-up Email

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Send Follow-up.
  3. The Follow-up template will be displayed.
  4. You can make modifications to the template.
  5. You have a choice to send the follow-up email now or at a later date.
  6. Click either Email Now or Schedule Follow-up.

Add Invoice

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Add Invoice.

Important Note: When you add an invoice from the listing page it will not be displayed in the chart on this page. Only invoices that have been added from an appointment will be displayed as a checkmark on the clinical not listing page.

Link Appointment to a Clinical Note

  1. Click on the Three Dots at the end of the row of the Service.
  2. Click on Link Appointment.
  3. Choose the Appointment you want to link.
