Duplicate Clinical Notes: Streamlined Treatment Records

Duplicating notes is a convenient feature. Patient's subsequent treatments are often similar in practice. When you duplicate a note, all information from the original note is added to the new note and can be adjusted if needed. Here are the two ways to duplicate a clinical note for subsequent appointments.

Method One: From the Patient Profile

  1. Click on the Patient's name.
  2. Click on the Clinical Notes tab.
  3. Under the Finalized Clinical Note section, click the Duplicate button.

Method Two: From the Appointment

  1. Click on the Appointment.
  2. Click on the Add Note button.
  3. Under the Duplicate Notes section, select the Clinical Note you want to duplicate.
