Adding Availability to My Calendar

If you allow Online Booking through Noterro's Web Portal, you must add your availability or schedule to your calendar on the platform. Here are the steps to do this.

Adding Availability to Calendar

  1. Go to the Calendar.
  2. At the bottom of the left sidebar, click Manage Schedule.
  3. Click on the calendar to create your availability.
  4. Select Location or Service Area. If you are providing GO services and would like to be available both in the clinic and mobile, select Available Clinics.
  5. Select the Dates and Times, and click the Repeat Availability button (if desired).
  6. Click on Save.

Important Note: You can set recurring availability for the same time on certain days of the week. However, limiting service to a specific date/time is not yet supported. Availability can only be set for one service area at a time, as the system prevents overlapping schedules.
