Understanding Calendar Colours

The calendar displays different colours representing various scenarios. This article explains what these colours represent.

Calendar Availability

Adding your availability is important for accepting online bookings. Once you've input your availability in the calendar, it will appear in light blue. Practitioners and Administrators can still manually book Patients in the calendar's blue and white sections.

Important Note: If you're using Noterro GO, your availability will be in a different colour to represent the mobile service area. The colour is determined in your Noterro GO settings.

Calendar Breaks

A grey and white shaded area represents a break you've added to your calendar. You can add a custom name to those breaks (e.g., lunch or meeting). When a break has been added to your calendar at a certain time, this time block will no longer be available for online booking.

Booked Appointments

You can also dedicate a colour to different services when setting up your services.

Once a service is booked in the calendar, a solid-coloured horizontal bar will appear at the top of the appointment to represent a set service.

Current Appointment

Once the appointment starts, the coloured bar at the top highlights and fills the entire appointment until it ends. This signals the appointment is taking place. If there are multiple appointments with the same start time, all appointments will be filled in using their assigned colour.
